About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Research Analyst to support executive search delivery by generating high-quality candidate longlists, conducting market mapping, and providing research insights for senior leadership searches.
This role focuses on name generation, talent mapping, and research for executive-level roles (C-suite and senior leadership), working closely with consultants and the research team to help deliver successful search projects.
You will act as a key research partner within the delivery team, supporting multiple assignments by identifying relevant executive talent, analysing market structures, and contributing insights beyond the initial brief.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sourcing or research experience who wants to build a career in executive search and talent intelligence.
Key Responsibilities

Interpret search briefs and translate them into structured research strategies

Generate candidate longlists for executive and senior leadership searches

Conduct market mapping to identify relevant companies, competitors, and talent pools

Identify adjacent talent pools and alternative candidate profiles when needed

Use LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, and external research sources to identify candidates

Validate candidate information before submission

Participate in search kick-off meetings with consultants and researchers

Provide research updates throughout the project lifecycle

Maintain accurate records in ATS or research tracking systems

Manage multiple search assignments and meet agreed timelines

Contribute insights to improve search outcomes
Requirements
-
3–6 years experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or talent intelligence

Experience supporting senior-level or executive search assignments preferred

Background in executive search, recruitment agency, or research function is highly advantageous

Strong experience in name generation and market mapping

Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills

Strong Boolean search capability

Experience using ATS / CRM systems

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not required)

Experience working with international clients or global markets

Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership searches
