Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and driven recruitment professional to support hiring initiatives across global markets, particularly within Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, and Executive Search.

This role will focus heavily on sourcing, market mapping, talent research, candidate coordination, and recruitment operations across a wide range of industries and functions throughout Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, agency-style or consulting recruitment environments, is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a growing global recruitment team.

While prior executive search or headhunting experience is highly advantageous, we are equally open to ambitious recruitment professionals with strong sourcing, research, and coordination capabilities who are hungry to learn and grow within executive search and strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct end-to-end sourcing and candidate shortlisting for global hiring requirements
  • Perform continuous market mapping, talent research, and pipeline building across multiple industries and functions
  • Support recruitment projects across Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Private Equity, Executive Search, and corporate hiring
  • Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists within agreed turnaround times
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, candidate communications, and recruitment updates primarily via email
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, pipelines, and candidate databases
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, consultants, and hiring stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support hiring initiatives across technical, commercial, operational, and back-office functions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing, shortlisting, market mapping, coordination, and scheduling
  • Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments
  • Exposure to agency, consulting, executive search, or offshore recruitment environments is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work under fast turnaround expectations
  • Exposure to international or multi-region hiring is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within executive search and strategic recruitment
