In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry to order completion while working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage customer accounts and resolve enquiries from customers, suppliers, and resellers.
  • Process customer orders, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
  • Research product information, pricing, product codes, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with sales, production, procurement, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Track quotations and follow up with customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ERP system data.
  • Generate sales and customer activity reports.
  • Support inventory coordination and assist with forecasting product availability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Administrative Support.
  • Experience with sales order processing, quotations, or ERP systems.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience within the engineering, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is highly regarded.
  • Ability to interpret construction or technical drawings is an advantage but not essential.
