MYOB AccountRight Specialist
Remote | Part-time (6–15 hrs/week, morning) | Project-based | ASAP

We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to support an Australian client within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) industry. This role is primarily focused on troubleshooting billing-related issues, account setup, and data migration/transfer within MYOB AccountRight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up customer and participant accounts in MYOB AccountRight
• Transfer, upload, and validate billing and financial data
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, invoice issues, and data errors
• Prepare and upload NDIA and plan-managed invoices
• Handle CSV imports, reconciliations, and data validation
• Maintain accurate billing records and support process improvements
• Assist in organizing billing templates and workflows

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with MYOB AccountRight (required)
• Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, or AR
• Exposure to AU accounting or finance operations
• Experience with account setup, troubleshooting, or data migration is highly preferred
• NDIS billing exposure is a plus
• Comfortable with a part-time, project-based setup (6–15 hrs/week)
