Billing Specialist (NDIS / MYOB AccountRight)
Remote | Part-time (6–15 hrs/week, morning) | Short-term | ASAP

We're hiring a Billing Specialist to support an interim project focused on NDIS invoicing and MYOB AccountRight setup.

What you'll do:

• Upload NDIS participant data and create customer records in MYOB
• Prepare and upload billing data for NDIA & plan-managed invoices
• Generate invoices and ensure accuracy of billing outputs
• Handle CSV imports, data validation, and reconciliation
• Help build simple, reusable billing templates/processes

What we're looking for:

• Experience in billing / AR / invoicing
• Hands-on with MYOB AccountRight
• Exposure to NDIS billing (highly preferred)
• Background in AU bookkeeping, healthcare, or insurance is a plus

Part-time, project-based (open to candidates with full-time jobs)
