MYOB AccountRight Specialist
Remote | Part-time (6–15 hrs/week, morning) | Project-based | ASAP
We’re looking for a Billing Specialist to support an Australian client within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) industry. This role is primarily focused on troubleshooting billing-related issues, account setup, and data migration/transfer within MYOB AccountRight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up customer and participant accounts in MYOB AccountRight
- Transfer, upload, and validate billing and financial data
- Troubleshoot billing discrepancies, invoice issues, and data errors
- Prepare and upload NDIA and plan-managed invoices
- Handle CSV imports, reconciliations, and data validation
- Maintain accurate billing records and support process improvements
- Assist in organizing billing templates and workflows
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with MYOB AccountRight (required)
- Experience in billing, invoicing, bookkeeping, or AR
- Exposure to AU accounting or finance operations
- Experience with account setup, troubleshooting, or data migration is highly preferred
- NDIS billing exposure is a plus
- Comfortable with a part-time, project-based setup (6–15 hrs/week)
