Role Brief

A senior-level Email Marketing & Social Media Specialist who will handle end-to-end email campaigns, audience growth, social media execution, funnel optimization, and AI-driven marketing. This person will directly support JAG and take full ownership of strategy and execution across digital channels.

Key Role Deliverables

• Grow email list on Klaviyo (lead generation + capture strategy)

• Build, optimize, and manage email campaigns, flows, and automations

• Social media growth across Instagram & Facebook using content + funnels

• Content creation: basic design via Canva + copywriting

• Implement and leverage AI tools for marketing efficiency

• Drive engagement conversion: turning followers into customers

• Reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking
  

Minimum Years of Experience in similar role Senior-level: 57+ years in email marketing, automation, and social media

Technical System Experience

Must-have (Non-negotiable):

• Klaviyo (email marketing automation)

• Shopify (preferred)

Required:

• Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Canva for design

• AI tools
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail, or consumer brands
