Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and research-driven recruitment professional to support talent acquisition initiatives across the Technology & Digital market throughout Australia and the broader Asia Pacific region.

This role will focus heavily on talent mapping, market research, candidate identification, sourcing, and pipeline development for technology professionals across a wide range of technical disciplines. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating market intelligence, identifying high-calibre talent, and supporting consultants with research-driven recruitment projects across software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, product, digital, and technology leadership functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments, enjoys understanding technology talent markets, and is comfortable engaging with technical professionals and senior stakeholders. While prior technology recruitment experience is highly preferred, we are open to recruitment professionals with strong sourcing, research, and talent mapping capabilities who are eager to deepen their expertise within the Technology & Digital sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct talent mapping and market research across the Technology & Digital market in Australia and APAC.
  • Identify and source high-calibre technology professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Generate candidate leads and gather relevant market and competitor intelligence.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, engagement, and relationship-building activities.
  • Deliver targeted candidate shortlists and talent insights within agreed turnaround times.
  • Support consultants through market intelligence gathering, competitor mapping, and talent research.
  • Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, ATS databases, CRM systems, and recruitment trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, consultants, and hiring stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent mapping, executive search, or research-focused recruitment.
  • Proven experience sourcing and engaging technology professionals across technical and digital functions.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and online research methodologies.
  • Experience utilizing sourcing tools, databases, social media platforms, and talent intelligence resources.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver against tight timelines.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
