Purpose of Role:
The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on role designed to support the delivery of Sharp & Carters marketing, brand and sales enablement activity across the business.
This role plays a critical part in helping our consultants present themselves professionally to clients and candidates. You will produce high-quality marketing materials, support campaigns, manage our intranet and content libraries, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across every touchpoint.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organised, enjoys design and content, and wants to build experience in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
Job Description – Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Campaign Support
- Create and update sales collateral including capability statements, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and email templates
- Support consultant-led campaigns by producing branded assets such as EDMs, landing pages, social tiles and PDF packs
- Assist consultants and EAs with marketing materials required for client meetings and business development
Design & Brand Execution
- Design marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint, following Sharp & Carters brand guidelines
- Update and maintain templates, presentations and document libraries
- Ensure all materials are visually consistent, accurate and professionally presented
Social Media & Consultant Content
- Support the creation of content for Sharp & Carters LinkedIn and other social channels
- Create social posts and assets that consultants can use to promote themselves, roles and campaigns
- Repurpose website and campaign content into social-friendly formats
Intranet & Internal Marketing
- Keep the intranet up to date with marketing tools, templates and campaign content
- Upload, organise and maintain sales and marketing resources so the business can self-serve
Document & Asset Management
- Update internal and external documents where branding, formatting or content changes are required
- Maintain version control and ensure all assets are current and approved
Marketing Inbox & Requests
- Monitor and manage the marketing inbox
- Log, prioritise and respond to requests from consultants and internal teams
- Ensure requests are delivered on time and to a high standard

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, organised and enjoy producing high-quality work.
- Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders and are comfortable managing multiple requests at once.
- 1–2 years experience in a marketing, communications or design-focused role
- Strong Canva, Adobe Suite and PowerPoint skills
- A good eye for layout, branding and presentation
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
