Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant Lead


About the Role


We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant Lead to join our team. This role combines hands-on delivery, client advisory, and team leadership, making it critical in driving both hiring outcomes and team performance.


As a Lead, you will act as a trusted partner to clients while overseeing a team of consultants and owning project delivery end-to-end. You will lead role scoping, calibration, and hiring strategy, leveraging talent market insights to influence decisions and deliver results.


Beyond delivery, you will own project management and day-to-day reporting initiatives, ensuring visibility, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders. You will also drive recruitment operations in line with the team’s overall strategy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality outcomes across engagements.


Key Responsibilities


1. Delivery Ownership & Execution

  • Own and oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and/or accounts
  • Ensure high-quality pipelines, timely closures, and strong candidate experience
  • Step in on critical or complex roles as needed

2. Recruitment Advisory & Strategy

  • Lead client discussions on role scoping, calibration, and hiring strategy
  • Provide market insights, talent mapping, and data-driven recommendations
  • Influence hiring decisions and manage expectations effectively

3. People Management & Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of TA Consultants
  • Set clear expectations, track performance, and provide regular feedback
  • Build team capability across delivery, advisory, and stakeholder management
  • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

4. Tactical Operations, Reporting & Process Excellence

  • Own project management and day-to-day reporting across engagements
  • Drive recruitment operations aligned with the team’s overall strategy
  • Identify gaps and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Ensure consistent use of best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and reporting
  • Monitor metrics and performance to drive delivery outcomes

5. Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels
  • Act as escalation point for delivery or stakeholder challenges
  • Communicate proactively on progress, risks, and opportunities

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or executive search
  • Experience leading or mentoring a team, with strong people management skills
  • Strong track record in managing end-to-end delivery across multiple roles or accounts
  • Experience in market mapping, talent intelligence, and advisory work
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in reporting and project ownership
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
